Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean meats for processing or cutting
  • Fulfill special meat cut requests from customers
  • Execute standard cuts of meat, ensuring quality and precision
  • Wrap and package meats for sale
  • Weigh and price meat products accurately
  • Engage with customers to sell meats and provide exceptional service
  • Create attractive displays of meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Shape, lace, and tie various meat products, including roasts
Work Environment
