Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers
- Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with dietary restrictions
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
