Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DKP FOOD SERVICE LTD. O/A SUBWAY SANDWICH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
Cash Handling and Inventory ManagementManage cash handling procedures, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Staff Supervision and DevelopmentSupervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Customer Service and RelationsEnsure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Health and Safety ComplianceEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Supplier Negotiations and ManagementNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
Performance Monitoring and EvaluationConduct regular performance reviews, evaluating staff performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
