About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Market Sector Leader for Rail and Transit. This is a key role that will drive growth and oversee business development initiatives in the rail and multimodal transit sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Market Strategies: Provide visionary leadership to align business goals with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive Business Development: Expand our presence in the transit market and connect with new clients to build from our regional success in program, project, and construction management of large capital projects.
  • Lead a Team: Lead and support key account managers for our transit clients in Canada, and collaborate with other sector leaders and business areas for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Use market intelligence to inform decision-making and develop strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience (20+ years) in a leadership role within the rail and multimodal transit sector.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills and a track record of successfully winning and managing projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of rail, transit, and multimodal transportation planning, design, and construction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to align business goals with market opportunities.
