Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address the needs of patients with various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care and achieve effective outcomes.
  • Apply evidence-informed practice to inform professional decisions and actions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
  • Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
