Job Title: Senior Communications Manager

About the Role:

OLG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications function, you will play a critical role in shaping our story and supporting enterprise business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic communications advice to senior leadership and executives
  • Develop and implement communications plans to support business objectives
  • Manage and drive the end-to-end communications planning process
  • Produce high-quality communications products for media, social, and digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated communications approaches
  • Respond to crisis communications situations to manage reputational risk
  • Support the development of PR opportunities and amplify initiatives through external agencies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a communications role, with a focus on corporate communications and experience in PR, digital, and multimedia communications
  • University degree or college diploma in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Superior written, oral, and visual communication skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Creative acumen
  • Detail-oriented
