The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing the execution of business decision support functions in the Wireless business, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Finance management and execution of the Consumer Wireless Capital program.

The Senior Manager Finance will be a key member of our Corporate Finance team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in relevant Operating Finance roles, with a strong background in Wireless/Telecom. They will have a proven record of successfully leading a team, with measurable achievements and outcomes. The ideal candidate will also have advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office applications, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.

This is a hybrid work position, requiring the candidate to be in office three days per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of Rogers Communications.
