About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate at EightSix Network, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing proactive support to our customers, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the achievement of branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with technology and digital banking solutions, promoting them to customers and assisting with their implementation.
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital banking solutions to customers.
