- Establish strong relationships with customers based on knowledge of their business needs and goals.
- Provide value-added services and solutions to customers to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
- Proven track record in business application software sales.
- Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- Business-level English: Fluent.
- Local language: Fluent, Business Level.
