Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the wholegoods department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales growth and profitability goals by managing inventory, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and employees.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales employees to achieve sales and market share goals.
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Assist in the management of branch account receivables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong decision-making skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Must be available to travel as needed.
