Job Summary:

Northern Reflections is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing store finances, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team through coaching, training, and development programs.
  • Manage store expenses and maintain a high level of visual presentation standards.
  • Recruit, select, and develop top-level sales associates.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail management experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel.
  • Proven ability to drive a result-oriented sales team and lead by example.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing sales associates.
  • Excellent customer service approach and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Some college or university education in retailing or business, or equivalent experience.
