About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease Portfolio Manager to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for championing and overseeing our vehicle lease portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales and profit objectives and pursue achievement through planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring.
  • Maintain and retain an existing customer-base of leased vehicles while pursuing growth through cost-effective marketing and program enhancements.
  • Manage the lease vehicle portfolio and negotiate with third-party creditors to facilitate transactions.
  • Ensure the security of leased vehicles, including lien registration, insurance, and potential repossession.
  • Work with the Sales Management Team to purchase new vehicles and sell pre-owned vehicles to optimize inventory, determine rates, buy-back, and wholesale values.
  • Oversee the performance of Vehicle Lease Consultants to ensure objectives are met by assisting in the development of short- and long-term objectives.
  • Work with Vehicle Lease Consultants to professionally close vehicle lease sales transactions.
  • Oversee and manage receivables related to lease vehicle transactions.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for performance and a proven track record in managing a dealership lease portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience managing a dealership lease portfolio.
  • Five (5) years of vehicle sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC License.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
