Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lease Portfolio Manager to oversee and enhance our Lease Renewal Portfolio. This role is pivotal in achieving both qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and performance visibility of the Lease Portfolio Renewal.
  • Ensure the effective execution of the end-of-lease process, while meeting the targets established by the General Sales Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strategic communications with customers, adhering to dealership timelines.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive "Renewal Spreadsheet" to track overall portfolio performance and individual contributions.
  • Analyze renewal outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate the seamless return of leased vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for Lease Returns and notify relevant departments of these transactions.
  • Maintain organization of returned vehicles in designated areas.
  • Communicate with the Pre-Owned Manager regarding vehicles returned from leases.
  • Achieve and maintain an above-average performance in ISI and a return rate of 80%.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the automotive sector.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License and clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Current OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in 180, CDK, and Reynolds systems; adept at using PC-based software.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas as per dealership objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
