Sales and Leasing Director

As a key member of our Residential Sales and Leasing team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to drive sales and leasing growth across our multi-family residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall sales and leasing activities, including market research, sales presentations, and tracking of sales and leasing trends.
* Lead and manage a team of internal sales and leasing staff to execute residential sales and leasing campaigns.
* Grow and maintain an established network of external agents/brokers.
* Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective and consistent articulation of brand and messaging to various audiences.
* Drive the marketing and communications strategy for all multi-family projects.
* Understand local real estate markets and remain up to date on pre-construction home sales and market dynamics to inform product design and pricing.
* Provide direction for the design and execution of marketing materials and coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials to end users.
* Work with internal project teams to advise on project design, including design of the building, amenities, and floorplans to maximize purchase value.
* Conduct research and stay up to date on industry/market trends and innovations which may be implemented to improve the value proposition of the portfolio.
* Offer real-time perspective on industry trends and best practices; share insight and wisdom through presentations to key stakeholders including the firm's partners, investors, and media contacts.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate, or equivalent.
* Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset.
* 5+ years in a professional sales and/or leasing position in an active market (prefer 3+ years of that in real estate).
* A strong, established professional network of agents/brokers in the pre-construction sales industry.
* A passion for developing innovative solutions to solve marketing problems.
* An established track record in leading and managing a diverse and skilled group of professionals and in building high-performance teams, expanding capacity and scaling business for growth.
* Exceptional oral and written presentation skills to facilitate communication and being the company's "external face".
