About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Parkbridge, a leading developer and manager of residential communities and recreational RV resort communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic management of projects delivered on time and on budget
  • Supervise and coordinate project deliverables with internal resources, consultants, trades, and approval authorities
  • Create and manage project plans that align with scope, time, cost, quality, and resources
  • Ensure proactive and effective change, acceptance, and approval management on all projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project, escalating to the Director and stakeholders as required
  • Provide timely communication and reporting to the organization, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Effectively deliver project status reporting updates against proforma milestones and financial targets
  • Lead, develop, and empower team members
