Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations at CAN-VAR-WIN MARKHAM BOWLING INC. This role requires a **secondary school graduation certificate** and offers an opportunity to lead a team in a **fast-paced environment**.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Responsible for supervising a team of **16-20 individuals**.
Security and SafetyMust be **bondable**.
Transportation/Travel InformationAccess to **public transportation** is available.
