About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Planning Manager to join our team at Toronto Community Housing. As a key member of our Capital Planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the 10-Year Capital Financing Plan and driving the development, planning, management, and oversight of our capital plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the 10-Year Capital Financing Plan
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data on our capital plans and programs
  • Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to inform capital planning decisions
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital planning, policy analysis, or a related field
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate effectively
  • Technical experience in facilities management and planning
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
