Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
Conduct Performance ReviewsRegularly review the performance of our team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
Enforce Liquor Legislation and RegulationsEnsure that our team is aware of and adheres to provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our team follows health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
Marketing and ImplementationParticipate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Leadership and TrainingLead and instruct our team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and our team members are expected to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
The primary language of work is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
