Job Summary:

OT Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Technical Team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring seamless functionality of their complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their unique IT requirements and provide tailored support solutions.
  • Support and maintain complex computer networks and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation issues with efficiency and expertise.
  • Design and implement computer network solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workstation and network hardware placement to optimize setup for maximum efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain network operating systems to sustain peak performance.
  • Establish and sustain communication networks tailored to our clients' specifications.

Requirements:

  • Detailed experience with Windows operating system and strong experience with networks.
  • Microsoft, Cisco, A+ or Network+ Certifications.
  • Education in IT, ideally with a College Diploma or University Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an IT support environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to see problem-solving as an opportunity and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Valid G License and vehicle required for travel to customer locations.
