Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales Development Program at EMCO Corporation. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and business development role.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and understand the products and services offered by EMCO Corporation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and business skills
- College and/or University degree
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Sales background and experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Desire to develop, learn, and grow
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
