About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales Development Program at EMCO Corporation. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and business development role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand the products and services offered by EMCO Corporation
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and business skills
Requirements
  • College and/or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
  • Sales background and experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Desire to develop, learn, and grow
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
