Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at TempX Staffing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, promoting sales to existing clients, and providing ongoing support to clients after sales or signed contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products or services.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide valuable insights to clients and drive sales.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations to clients, using presentation software and other tools to showcase our products or services.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales or other contracts, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in presentation software, word processing software, and MS Office.
- Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Commission-based Sales: Earn a competitive commission on sales made.
- Opportunities for Growth: Develop your sales skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Work 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet business needs.
