Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional On Premise Manager to lead our Western region sales team. As a key member of our On Premise team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of On Premise Managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a strong history of success.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate successfully.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fully understands and embraces the Musketeer profile.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset.
What We Offer
