Retail Store Supervisor

- Sales and Operations Management: Take charge of store sales performance, manage expenses, minimize shrinkage and damages, and oversee various operational areas including merchandising, presentation, backroom, cash office, customer service, and more.
- Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of team members while exemplifying positive experiences for both associates and customers.
- Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate and implement action plans for upcoming projects, objectives, priorities, and company initiatives with team members.
- Performance Support: Drive store sales, expense objectives, and customer service metrics by executing strategies that influence payroll, budgets, loss prevention, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive assessments and provide insights to District Managers and Business Development teams.
- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail sector is essential.
- Management Skills: Proven management capabilities are required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
