Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage the performance of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and ensure that products are accurately priced and displayed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
