Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Frontenac Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales workers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and to meet sales targets.
- Manage Inventory: Manage the inventory of our store, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Manage Cash: Manage the cash handling process, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and that cash is handled securely.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
