Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and sell products to customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
