About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Srikrishiv Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Ensure that all store systems and equipment are functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
    • Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to store operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
