Job Title: Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Territory Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be accountable for driving sales within the Surgical Innovations & Advanced Solutions business unit across a designated geographic area. Your role will involve fostering and nurturing customer relationships, executing strategic initiatives, and achieving defined sales objectives. The product range encompasses various categories, including Thermofusion, Ultracision, Surgical Fillers, Wound Closure, Access & Instrumentation, and Hernia Repair.

Main Duties:
  • Market and sell products and services within a specific geographic region or customer accounts to achieve or surpass sales goals.
  • Build and enhance long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify leads, evaluate customer needs, and deliver product services to maximize value.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis on customer behavior and competitor strategies.
  • Execute market development plans and strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  • Relay customer insights regarding products to internal teams.
  • Manage the reporting of complaints and adverse drug reactions (ADR).
  • Expand market share within the designated territory.
  • Address account inquiries for clinical support.
  • Implement and manage launch strategies for a specified product portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain relationships to ensure continuity within the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engage key stakeholders in value-driven discussions.
Qualifications - Essential:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of the company's offerings.
  • Proven experience in the sales of surgical instruments and operating room equipment.
