Regional Sales Manager

Nortek Air Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with independent sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Oversee sales operations in the designated region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Develop and execute customized marketing plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with independent sales representatives, consultants, and specifying engineers to promote our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve operational effectiveness, streamline sales workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sourcing, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Serve as a customer resource for technical and application questions, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience: Five years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of sales achievements and closing deals.
- Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high-volume workloads, and participate in trade and home shows.
