Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Complete various insurance and claim forms accurately.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines effectively.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, while preparing necessary spreadsheets and documents for review.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 32 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
