Position Overview

The role of a Medical Administrative Assistant at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc involves a variety of essential functions aimed at ensuring efficient office operations and providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to optimize patient flow.
  • Complete various insurance and claim forms accurately.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines for smooth operations.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.

  • Detail-oriented and precise in all tasks.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
