We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Real Estate Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic team at The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna. The ideal candidate will possess a valid real estate license and demonstrate a strong passion for the real estate industry. This role involves assisting the lead agent or broker with various administrative tasks, managing client communications, and facilitating property transactions to ensure the efficient operation of our business.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of client relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Organize and confirm appointments for property showings, inspections, and closings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Prepare and manage real estate documentation, contracts, and forms relevant to the industry.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of transactions, communications, and client information.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Help in listing properties by creating marketing materials and uploading property details to appropriate platforms.
  • Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours.
  • Update and manage property listings to ensure they are accurate and current.
  • Facilitate communication among clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Monitor transaction timelines closely to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards and integrity in all professional interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required.
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software is expected.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is crucial.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with a high level of accuracy will thrive in this role.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally as needed are important.
