About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nirwan Real Estate Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Office Management

Establish and maintain office routines, schedules, and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.

Data Management

Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information to support business decisions.

Supply Chain Management

Order and manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of essential materials.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.

Document Preparation

Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Data Entry and Database Management

Enter and maintain accurate data in our digital database to support business operations.

Client Support

Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
