Vertex is seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Supervisor to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and advise the customer service team to ensure seamless customer interactions

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels

• Efficiently process customer requests and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently

• Perform various administrative office tasks to support the team's success

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
