Culinary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at RED CHILLI RESTAURANT INC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Special Dietary Requirements: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, taking into account individual dietary needs and restrictions.
- Kitchen Maintenance and Organization: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-organized, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership and Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be flexible in your approach to work.
- Initiative: Take the initiative to identify and solve problems, and to improve processes and procedures.
- Reliability: Be reliable and trustworthy, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
