Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Kitchen Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to order and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Restaurant or Bar environment

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Personal Suitability

Organized, reliable, and a team player

Work Conditions

40 hours per week, permanent position
