  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes of Meetings, Seminars, and Conferences: Accurately record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Plan, Develop, and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team.
  • Compile Data, Statistics, and Other Information: Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies to ensure that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Set Up and Maintain Manual and Computerized Information Filing Systems: Develop and maintain accurate and efficient filing systems to ensure that all information is easily accessible.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems to ensure that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Develop and maintain a digital database to store and manage our data.
  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Electronic mail
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Large caseload, Large workload, Work with minimal supervision
