Administrative Support Specialist

At McDonald's, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
- Office Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and maintain and manage digital databases.
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
