About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Contact Centre Manager at Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Business Development: Market and promote our business services to potential clients, identifying new opportunities and building relationships to drive growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated effectively to achieve our goals.
  • Research and Development: Plan and direct research initiatives to improve our services and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Staff Development: Direct and advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Project Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of our establishment, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Representation: Represent the company within various economic and social organizations, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct groups, providing guidance and support to ensure that our team is working effectively towards our goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a strong background in customer service, business development, and financial management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Supervision: Experience supervising a team of more than 20 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload, and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, and work term: permanent.
