About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at A4S IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 professionals and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Administer programs to foster business growth and development, including venture capital sourcing and market research.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage investment and growth.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to support business development.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Working Conditions
