About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Contact Centre Manager at Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Business Development: Market and promote our business services to potential clients, identifying new opportunities and building relationships to drive growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, expenditures, and financial resources to ensure the efficient operation of our contact centre.
  • Research and Development: Plan and direct research initiatives to improve our services and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement strategies to assess and improve the quality of our services, ensuring we meet the highest standards.
  • Project Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our contact centre.
  • Representation: Represent our company at various economic and social organizations, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct groups, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.
About You
