Job Overview

Note: This position is focused on external sales efforts. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be expected to travel extensively, engaging with dealers across various key markets. A preference for candidates residing in the Montreal area is noted, as travel throughout Quebec and the Ottawa region will be necessary.

Your Impact

The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting Epsilon's Marketing Services Products to a diverse clientele, including small, medium, and large dealerships and dealer groups within a designated territory. This role emphasizes the acquisition of new automotive business clients and the delivery of strategic marketing communication solutions through a consultative sales methodology.

  • Collaborative Success: Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Field Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Marketing Services Representatives, to address customer care challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Purposeful Innovation: Epsilon is committed to acting in alignment with corporate values, ensuring that all communications and decisions reflect our priorities. As a key member of our team, your contributions will directly influence our sales performance and client relationships, leading to enhanced productivity and business management.

  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets by marketing Epsilon's product offerings to targeted dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Deliver exceptional problem-solving capabilities by implementing tailored Epsilon solutions to meet dealership requirements.
  • Engage actively in resolving customer concerns and facilitating retention efforts while maintaining high levels of support for existing clients.
  • Exhibit comprehensive project management skills over each account within your designated territory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Required Qualifications: Proven experience in selling CRM/MarComm products to an established client base. Proficiency in Salesforce. Strong territory management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a track record of producing professional sales presentations and proposals. Business acumen and a proactive approach to opportunities. Effective project management capabilities. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A positive, energetic, and driven attitude.
  • Distinguishing Factors: A completed undergraduate degree with commendable academic performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Skill in developing and presenting innovative ideas and solutions. Proven analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS-Office and internet navigation.

Compensation: Salary range is CAD 50,000 to CAD 70,000 based on experience, with potential for bonus or incentive compensation.
