Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain direct route-level relationships with store managers
* Merchandise Monster products in the cold vault and coolers
* Expand cold space in all accounts where applicable
* Transport and place POS materials
* Responsible for program materials and assets
* Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule
* Communicate execution action items to Region Managers
* Maintain brand appearance and wear proper attire
* Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers
* Stay up-to-date on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends

Requirements:

* Ability to stand for long periods
* May be required to travel
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* General knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to drive on behalf of Monster
* Must have reliable transportation

Required Equipment:

* STR Kit
* Monster Dolly Rack

Other related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $20.00CAD
