Job Summary

Reitmans (Canada) Ltée/Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our modern, multi-channel facility located in Ville Saint-Laurent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising operational excellence in our Distribution Center for the E-commerce Fulfillment team, managing KPIs related to e-commerce operations, and fostering inventory accuracy and maximizing operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage KPIs: Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to e-commerce operations, including inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Foster Inventory Accuracy: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maximize Operational Efficiency: Utilize our distribution space to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
  • WMS Tool Knowledge: Good knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) tool and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Developed communication skills and the ability to partner, collaborate, and lead in a highly diverse work environment.
  • Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
