Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- KPI Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce operations, including inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of approximately 20 Stock Processors, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Health and Safety: Execute industry-leading measures to protect the health and safety of our employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) tool and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Developed communication skills and the ability to partner, collaborate, and lead in a highly diverse work environment.
- Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
