Compensation and Employment Details

Wages: $17.55 hourly

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff.
  • Training team members on their roles, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Creating work schedules for the team.
Supervision

You will supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, including kitchen and food service helpers.

Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
