Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Pizza Hut#kk is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Train staff in food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
  • Monitor and maintain records of food quality, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
