Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food products.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be exposed to physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting.
