Food Service Supervisor

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members in the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
