Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and food service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
